AND UNION UK, GL50 3PQ Royal Mews, St Georges Place, Cheltenham, United Kingdom is the organiser of the "Spin the Wheel" prize draw. The raffle will be held on the company website with the URL www.andunion.de. By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
Participation in the prize draw is free of charge. Visitors to our website who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. By participating, the participant affirms that he or she is of legal age. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to participate. Employees of AND UNION UK are excluded from participation.
AND UNION UK reserves the right to exclude participants for objectively justified reasons even after the end of the raffle. This applies in particular to participants who enter the prize draw more than once using several e-mail addresses or via third parties (double entry). Participants who violate the conditions of participation in any other way, use manipulative aids or attempt to influence the course of the game/draw by other unauthorised means may also be excluded.

Participation in the Prize Draw is only possible online via our website with the URL www.andunion.co.uk. In order to participate in the prize draw, you must enter your e-mail address and press the "Spin to win!" button. Providing the email address is necessary to link a win/discount code to the entrant. By submitting, you agree to these terms and conditions of entry. The draw will take place between 16 April and 30 April. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
Prizes/Discount Codes
AND UNION UK will automatically select the winners from all participants in the prize draw. The winners will receive prizes such as discounts ranging from 5% to 25%. The winners will be notified by AND UNION UK immediately after spinning the wheel on the website. You will then be shown a "discount code" for your prize. This can be redeemed within 60 minutes when making a purchase on the AND UNION UK online shop.
The winners will be determined without recourse to the courts. A cash payment of the prize or an exchange is not possible. The discount codes are only transferable with the consent of AND UNION UK.
No publication of the winners
We will not publish the winners, in particular on our website and our social media presences.
Interruption/ Termination
AND UNION UK reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the prize draw for good cause at any time. An important reason shall be deemed to exist in particular if the scheduled course of the raffle is disturbed or impeded. If such a termination or interruption is caused by the behaviour of a participant, AND UNION UK may claim compensation from this person for any damage incurred.
Liability
AND UNION UK shall be liable without limitation for any damage caused by AND UNION UK, its legal representatives or vicarious agents in case of intent or gross negligence. In case of slight negligence AND UNION UK shall be liable without limitation in case of injury to life, body or health. In all other respects AND UNION UK shall only be liable to the extent that AND UNION UK has breached a fundamental contractual obligation. Material contractual obligations are those obligations which are of particular importance for the achievement of the purpose of the contract, as well as all those obligations which, in case of a culpable breach, may result in jeopardising the achievement of the purpose of the contract. In these cases, liability is limited to compensation for the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
